Hello crafty friends and welcome to the Altenew CYL blog hop celebrating the newest kit: Fragrant Florals. I have been loving each kit as it has been released because of all the amazing products within each. Each kit has a stamp set, coordinating die set, coloring stencil and embossing folder. This kit contains a large and beautiful floral stamp. For my project, I stamped the image with embossing ink and used Rose Gold embossing powder. I then used the coloring stencil to color the large image. The stencil was easy to line up and use. I used different color inks within the same family to get the color variation on the petals. Here is a list of the color families I used: Martian Terrain, Cherry Blossom, Cool Summer Night, Green Meadows.
The stamp set comes with a lot of sentiments which is helpful when you are trying to find that perfect sentiment. For this card, I used one of the sentiments from the stamp set and embossed it in rose gold embossing powder.
